We operate in 5 core verticals of home services, legal services, medical services, insurance, and automotive services. Under those verticals are hundreds of categories of service we work with. You can search for your category of business in the field at the top of the page or call to talk to a representative directly to see if our product is a good fit for your category of business.
We offer both live phone calls and form leads. By nature, live phone calls are exclusively sent to only one eLocal Advertiser, though we can’t guarantee they’re not talking to another business outside their call to eLocal. But if you’re on the phone with a customer sent to you by eLocal, it’s only going to you. If you choose to receive your leads as a form lead, those can be either Exclusive or Shared. If you opt for Shared leads, you and up to four other businesses will receive the lead and it’s up to you to win the business.
We utilize a pay-for-performance model which incentivizes us to send you the best possible traffic. This means you’ll only be charged when a valid call or lead is sent to you. Your initial deposit represents your eLocal lead generation budget from which we will draw down on as individual calls or leads are sent to you. At the depletion of this deposit, you have the option to recharge or cancel.
Lead generation refers to the process of attracting “leads” (consumers) who have interest in a product or service, nurturing them through a relevant sales funnel, and ultimately converting them into a paying customer. eLocal tackles the creation of the customer pipeline for you while all you have to worry about is converting the customer when they get on the phone.
Considering the number of businesses who work with us, there’s a chance your direct competitors may be some of them. In addition to location, time, and category of need, which helps filter what traffic goes where, you’ll also work directly with your Account Manager to ensure you’re buying leads from us at a competitive price that also ensures ROI for you. If, for some reason, your ROI needs don’t align with what we have to offer, we’ll let you know we might not be the best fit. We’re not in the business of wasting your time.
We utilize a policy to determine which calls or leads are valid or invalid and thus what’s eligible for credit. If something does not result in business for you but is otherwise in your service area, for your category of service, and during your business hours, then it’s still a valid call. But if something is outside your service area and/or not for your category of service and/or outside your business hours, you can request a credit. You’ll receive a full breakdown of what is considered valid vs invalid when you start the signup process.
We don’t require any contracts or commitments. At the depletion of your budget you are free to not recharge with us. It’s not a subscription that will automatically recharge (though we do have that option if you like working with eLocal). Our offerings won’t be a fit for everyone and our pay-for-performance model means we don’t want to trap anyone who isn’t a good fit.
